A leading telecommunications contractor is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee small cell network builds in Charlotte, NC. This role involves managing field operations, coordinating vendors, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on construction experience, a strong understanding of small cell technologies, and excellent communication skills. This is a contractual position with an expected ~25% travel requirement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on small cell or wireless construction experience.
• Strong understanding of small cell node designs and construction processes.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily field operations for small cell construction projects.
• Coordinate and oversee contractors performing fiber splicing and installations.
• Track project milestones and provide timely progress reports.
