Job summary

Kingdom Global Community Development Corporation (KGCDC) is seeking a Small Business Resource Lead for the EEIC Modern Merchant Initiative. This independent contractor role connects participants to small business support resources across Prince George's, Montgomery, and Howard Counties, with deliverables defined in the SOW.

The engagement runs Sept 2026–July 2027 (10 months) with a total contract value of $55,000.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in outreach, case management, or small business support roles.
• Knowledge of SBA programs and regional small business resources.
• Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent verbal communication; comfortable representing EEIC at events.
• Commitment to serving LMI communities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary resource navigator for EEIC participants.
• Maintain EEIC Resource Library with SBA programs and partners.
• Conduct intake conversations and develop referral plans.
• Track referrals and outcomes in CRM for reporting.
• Represent EEIC at community events and partner meetings.
• Coordinate logistics for Matchmaking & Resource Fairs.
