The role involves packaging and marketing applications, reviewing policies for coverage adequacy, handling renewals, and preparing client communications. A valid insurance license and ongoing CE are required, with a track record of strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Requires strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service experience, including telephone and listening skills.
• Excellent problem solving and time management abilities.
• Typing speed of 30–35 wpm.
• Able to work within a team.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Package and market applications to carriers to obtain quotes.
• Negotiate prices, commissions, and coverages with carriers as needed.
• Review policies to ensure adequate coverage.
• Manage renewal processes for expiring policies.
• Assist with client accounting inquiries and correct discrepancies.
