Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Six or more years related work experience in insurance or service.
• Valid insurance license and ongoing CE requirements.
• Encouraged to complete Career Path requirements as directed by supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Support Producer in developing new business opportunities for existing clients and prospects.
• Initiate renewal process for existing clients and discuss renewal strategy with Producer.
• Analyze exposures and develop renewal or new business specs for marketing.
• Marketing, negotiate rates, review quotes and coverages for competitiveness.
• Prepare proposals, bind coverage, and issue certificates as needed.
• Review policies for accuracy and create summaries of coverage for clients.
