Job summary

Chubb is seeking a Small Business Application and Support Representative (Finance) to provide first-level technical support primarily via phone in an automated environment. You will handle diverse inquiries, triage requests, and document tickets from creation to resolution with adherence to established SLAs.

Strong communication, critical thinking, and a proactive, resourceful approach are essential as you absorb training materials and collaborate with business partners to ensure complete issue

Qualifications

• College-level education is preferred but not required.
• Commercial Insurance experience is preferred but not required.
• Remote work experience is a plus.
• Experience with ServiceNow is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely customer service via phone in an automated environment.
• Multi-task between calls and emails to meet 12-hour turnaround.
• Triage and route tickets according to established protocols.
• Track tickets in ServiceNow from creation to resolution within SLAs.
• Use training materials and knowledge bases before escalating issues.
• Absorb new training and product updates to maintain accuracy.
