The successful candidate will build long-term client relationships, coordinate with partners, and maintain CRM discipline while meeting growth targets and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 3+ years of customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting or small-business banking.
• Experience in client discovery, relationship-building, product knowledge and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with $500K–$2.5M revenue.
• Prospect, develop and manage relationships across multiple branches.
• Translate client goals and cash-flow dynamics into practical guidance.
• Collaborate with partners to deliver deposits, lending, treasury and digital tools.
• Maintain CRM discipline and ensure regulatory compliance in banking activities.
