Job summary

The Indiana Small Business Development Center (ISBDC) seeks a Business Advisor to provide direct consulting to small businesses across eight counties, including the Indianapolis area. You will guide entrepreneurs on planning, financing, marketing and operations while tracking progress in the Neoserra CMS.

Responsibilities include delivering training, meeting SBA and Indiana requirements, engaging stakeholders, and supporting diverse clients with practical business solutions.

• Deliver training programs for local small businesses.

• Develop and deliver training programs for local small business clients.
• Track client progress using Neoserra CMS and ensure data quality.
• Meet SBA and Indiana performance metrics and report outcomes.
• Collaborate with the Regional Director and local leaders to engage stakeholders.
• Participate in community events to promote ISBDC services.
• Stay informed on trends in small business development and improve counselling services.
