Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, entrepreneurship, community development, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience supporting small businesses, entrepreneurship programs, or community organizations.
• Understanding of small-business fundamentals such as planning, budgeting, marketing, or licensing.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to provide one-on-one support and coordinate group activities.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Ability to work with diverse backgrounds and travel locally with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to entrepreneurs in Isuroon’s Small Business Incubator.
• Assist with business planning, licensing, budgeting, marketing, financial literacy, and other foundational needs.
• Connect entrepreneurs with technical assistance, funding opportunities, and community resources.
• Conduct business site visits and follow up with entrepreneurs on goals and next steps.
• Recruit and onboard entrepreneurs into the program.
• Coordinate workshops, financial education, networking opportunities, and other activities.
• Assist with administration of microgrants and other financial assistance programs.
• Support participants with applications and required documentation.
• Maintain accurate participant records and program data.
• Support grant and program reporting requirements.
• Conduct community outreach and participate in events.
• Build relationships with entrepreneurs and community partners.
