Qualifikationen

• Associate's degree required; field as business, finance, accounting, marketing, or related area.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to run seminars and networking events.
• Ability to work with clients and business customers; entrepreneurial and results-driven.
• Demonstrated experience in sales, marketing, contract writing, and negotiation.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills; ability to coordinate multiple activities.
• Experience with marketing venues, including web-based tools.
• Ability to establish cooperative relationships with college and community members.
• Commitment to the college’s values of inclusion, sustainability, integrity, and collaboration.
• Willingness to travel locally and work evenings/weekends as needed.

Aufgaben

• Provide in-depth consultation in marketing, web design, social media, management, finance, accounting, and related areas to promote small business growth.
• Develop and analyze business plans and loan structuring; maintain referral networks for client follow-up.
• Liaise with financial institutions, economic groups, lenders, and chambers of commerce.
• Prepare training proposals; define deliverables and costs; oversee training program development and contractor negotiations.
• Conduct workshops and coordinate entrepreneurial activities, including curriculum and seminars.
• Maintain client records and CRM reporting; track progress and outcomes.
• Provide technical assistance on financing programs such as CDCs and revolving loan funds.
• Support state and federal initiatives like SBIR and SBA loan processes.
• Perform needs assessments of district businesses and adjust strategic plans accordingly.
• Manage a pool of business clients with proactive needs analysis and robust reporting.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
