Job summary

North Risk Partners is seeking a driven Select Service Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for small business clients, delivering advice, personalized service, and timely assistance to meet insurance needs.

You will work with fellow Account Managers to ensure consistent processes and collaborate on carrier relationships while handling inquiries, changes, and billing with professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with small business clients.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for advising clients and carriers.
• Familiarity with commercial insurance products and processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with small business clients and provide timely service.
• Assist with plan and carrier changes, claims, and billing as a trusted insurance professional.
• Collaborate with other Account Managers to ensure consistent processes across regions.
• Monitor and manage Select Service task lists to ensure quick and accurate completion.
• Develop insurance solutions tailored to client needs and stay abreast of regulatory changes.
