Brown & Brown in Chicago, IL seeks a Commercial Lines Account Manager – Small Business to manage day-to-day client service for an assigned book and support renewal processes. You will coordinate with Prod/AE, Draft submissions, and ensure data accuracy in our system of record.

The role requires knowledge of Property & Casualty, strong communication, and the ability to work well in teams. Insurance licenses may be pursued as needed.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in a Property & Casualty brokerage environment.
• Knowledge of Property & Casualty business.
• Ability to follow process and procedures guidance.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to display tact and poise under pressure when working through issues.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in teams.
• Hold, or willing to obtain, Insurance licenses as required by the Company.

Responsabilidades

• Handle day-to-day client service for an assigned book of business.
• Manage renewal book, including submissions and the placement process (proposals and binding).
• Provide support in drafting exposure information, loss exhibits, submissions and proposals.
• Obtain loss run or policy documentation from carrier websites as needed.
• Primary recipient of daily questions or changes from the client or Prod/AE.
• Update the system of record with conversations and policy documents.
• Process monthly, quarterly, or annual audits and monthly reports.
• Assist in contract reviews and billing setup as required.
