Brown & Brown, Inc. in Chicago, IL seeks a Commercial Lines Account Manager – Small Business to manage day-to-day client service for an assigned book. The role prioritizes renewal activity, submissions, and client communication to ensure accurate data in the system of record.

You will support renewal strategy, prepare loss runs, and handle billing-related tasks while coordinating with producers and AE for optimal market placement. Remote work within Illinois is possible.

Competenze

• 2+ years in a Property & Casualty brokerage environment.
• Knowledge of Property & Casualty lines and markets.
• Ability to follow processes and procedures with accuracy.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Mansioni

• Renewal strategy support with markets, claims reviews, and exposure gathering.
• Manage renewal book of business, assist with submissions and binding.
• Draft exposure information, loss exhibits, submissions, and proposals.
• Obtain loss runs and policy documents from carrier websites as needed.
• Update the system of record to reflect conversations and policy data.
• Handle monthly, quarterly, or annual audits and monthly reports.
• Assist in billing setup and agency bill policy inquiries per guidelines.
• Coordinate with carriers and intermediaries to place renewals with best terms.
