Bank of America is seeking a financially savvy professional to serve as a Financial Center Client Advisor, focusing on small business client relationships and tailored lending and banking solutions. You will balance sales, risk management, and client care while delivering exceptional service and guidance across the full spectrum of banking offerings.

The role involves partnering with local market leaders, training, and potential relocation within a reasonable commuting distance as business needs

Qualifications

• Has demonstrated experience and proven success with business-to-business sales and/or small business banking.
• Has strong communication skills with the ability to effectively influence clients.
• Has effective customer service skills with ability to manage the full client end-to-end experience and problem resolution.
• Has a proven sales track record.
• Can build productive partnerships and working relationships; is experienced with outbound phone sales.

Responsabilités

• Recommends financial advice and guidance that align with client financial goals and needs.
• Builds and deepens relationships with new and existing clients by leveraging the full capabilities of the bank.
• Analyzes client financial needs and applies knowledge of borrowing and banking to recommend services that best align with priorities.
• Connects with clients through outreach and pipeline management activities and conducts follow-up routines.
• Makes decisions on client requests and refers to internal partners as needed.
• Partners with leaders to provide guidance and coaching to associates during meetings for exceptional client experience.
