Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Sales experience in a client-centric environment preferred.
• Commissioned notary or ability to obtain notary within months of start date.
• Willing to work weekends and extended hours as needed.
• Ability to learn and adapt to technology and processes.

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen client relationships by uncovering financial needs and recommending products.
• Respond to inquiries with customized solutions.
• Introduce and fulfill banking products (checking, savings, cards, CDs, IRAs, loans).
• Identify client needs for licensed sales functions and refer to partners.
• Quote rates, terms and programs for banking solutions.
• Manage risk in transactions using available tools.
• Partner with teams to provide consumer and small business solutions.
• Educate and train clients on self-service transactions.
• Adhere to processes and regulatory requirements in day-to-day activities.
• Open accounts and perform account maintenance and Digital Assisted Shopping.
