Qualifications

• Strong financial analysis skills with ability to interpret financial statements, assess creditworthiness, and drive growth while mitigating risk.
• Strong knowledge of business banking products, lending processes, policies, and technologies.
• Experience in customer sales and service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, collaboration, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes sales strategies to attract new business clients and expand relationships.
• Builds networks and referral sources to grow the bank's business.
• Generates appointments and opportunities to grow business results.
• Develops and executes a business plan, including relationship management strategies, to achieve retention objectives.
