BMO Harris Bank in the United States seeks a Commercial Sales & Service-focused relationship manager to cultivate, build, and manage a portfolio of small business clients. You will drive a pipeline of new business using consultative sales and business development practices, expanding relationships and cross-selling financial solutions.

You will develop local market relationships, deliver exceptional customer service, and collaborate with internal teams to meet client goals while maintaining risk

Qualifications

• Strong financial analysis skills and ability to interpret financial statements.
• Deep knowledge of business banking products, lending processes and related policies.
• Proven track record in customer sales and service excellence.
