Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field or equivalent.
• Strong financial analysis skills with ability to interpret financial statements and provide actionable insights.
• Strong knowledge of business banking products, lending processes and related policies.
• Experience with customer sales and service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; collaborative and analytical mindset.
• Data-driven decision making and ability to influence and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Cultivates, builds, and manages relationships with small business clients to grow a pipeline of new business.
• Develops and executes sales strategies to attract new clients and expand existing relationships.
