Job summary

You will proactively develop sales strategies, expand networks, and execute plans to attract new business, cross-sell products, and deliver exceptional service while managing risk and ensuring regulatory compliance across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in business banking or sales.
• Strong financial analysis skills and ability to interpret statements.
• Knowledge of lending processes and loan documentation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
• Understanding of risk management and compliance.
