Job summary

National Black MBA Association in Denver, CO seeks an experienced sales professional to provide comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with up to $20 million in annual revenue. You will manage end-to-end client journeys, deepen relationships, and drive profitability within a defined portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in consultative sales in financial services or B2B sales.
• Ability to interpret financial statements and identify levers to improve client outcomes.
• Passion for outside sales and prospecting to grow client base.
• Adept at analyzing financial conditions of clients and industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end client journey to deliver on client needs and drive sales opportunities while mitigating risk.
• Identify and refer specialized small business opportunities and solutions to clients while conducting relationship reviews.
• Deliver a branded customer experience within aligned sales portfolios by spending at least 80% in the field.
• Foster relationships with partners to increase small business opportunities.
• Leverage knowledge of credit to advise clients on solutions and digital capabilities.
• Support execution of the sales delivery model to achieve growth in Small Business.
• Coach and deliver feedback to associates and clients with a client-centric culture.
