Small Business Banker II (Inside Sales)
The Virtual Business Banker II (VBB II) is responsible for daily operations, execution, and support of inbound/outbound phone-based retention and sales efforts within a phone-based environment. VBB II focuses on proactively retaining and deepening existing portfolios of complex, high-net-worth small business owner relationships through cross-selling additional products and services. The role involves building relationships that may lead to sourcing additional products through outbound calls. A solid understanding of the complex business cash flow cycle and advanced business credit sales skills are essential, utilizing an existing multi-touch client contact strategy and sales process. Customers typically include Business Banker clients, including complex portfolios managed by Business Banker Managers, Senior Managers, and Directors.
