Small Business Banker II (Inside Sales)
The Virtual Business Banker II (VBB II) is responsible for daily operations, execution, and support of inbound/outbound phone-based retention and sales efforts within a phone-based environment. The role focuses on proactively retaining and deepening existing portfolio of complex and high net worth small business owner relationships by cross-selling additional business products and services. The VBB II builds relationships that may lead to sourcing additional products through outbound calls, applying an understanding of the complex business cash flow cycle and advanced credit sales skills. Customers typically include Business Banker customers, including complex portfolios managed by Business Banker Managers, Sr. Managers, and Directors.
