The TD Small Business Banker II in Philadelphia, PA proactively deepens relationships with existing Small Business customers within a defined territory. You initiate contact, assess needs, and route customers to the proper TD Relationship Manager while driving sales and referrals across banking products.

You will build expertise in Small Business products, collaborate with Stores and the Commercial Bank, and contribute to sales goals while serving diverse communities, including underserved

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of related experience.
• Four years of calling and lending or credit support related experience at the Small Business level.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed marketing goals.
• Proven ability to understand and analyze personal and business financial statements.

Mansioni

• Manages a larger and more complex territory.
• Calls new SB customers opened in partner stores and conducts assessments.
• Deepens relationships, handles service issues, and identifies product needs.
• Generates sales and referrals to TD partners to meet needs.
• Manages loan portfolio and coordination with credit centers.
