Gulf Winds Credit Union in Pensacola, FL is seeking a Small Business Advisor to support the Commercial Department by growing member relationships and driving loan and deposit activity. The role emphasizes proactive outreach, community engagement and cross-functional collaboration to align with strategic goals.

The position requires 3–5 years of related experience, a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent certifications), and solid knowledge of lending practices.

Qualifications

• Three years to five years of similar or related experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent certifications recognized in the industry.
• Working knowledge of current lending practices and policies.

Responsabilités

• Provide administrative support to the Commercial Loan Department during processing and closing of loans.
• Maintain regular calling program to members and prospects to generate deposits and loan business.
• Meet with members and prospects to discuss business needs and offer financial solutions.
• Obtain updated financial information from borrowing members.
• Communicate lending decisions to members.
• Represent the credit union at civic/community events to develop business.
