Prudential Financial, Inc. invites an Associate to support SMA operations, delivering end-to-end oversight of onboarding, billing, reporting, and governance in collaboration with Finance, Legal, Sales, Trading and Technology.

With 3–5+ years in investment operations and a finance or related degree, you will leverage Excel and cross-functional communication to drive accuracy, timeliness, and process improvements in a fast-paced Newark, NJ environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in investment operations supporting SMAs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with reporting or data tools is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business.

Responsibilities

• Support SMA onboarding and account maintenance across daily/weekly processes.
• Provide end-to-end operational oversight for billing and revenue reporting.
• Coordinate client agreements and RIA documentation onboarding.
• Assist with new account onboarding across multiple custodians.
• Oversee daily operational workflows and resolve exceptions.
• Produce and distribute daily and periodic operational reports.
