Prudential Annuities Distributors (PAD) seeks an Associate to support day-to-day SMA operations, delivering end-to-end oversight across onboarding, funding, billing, and reporting. You will collaborate with Finance, Legal, Sales, Trading, and Technology to ensure data integrity and process efficiency while maintaining strong controls.

Responsibilities include client agreements, RIA documentation, custodian onboarding, and ongoing operational governance to support platform growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in investment operations supporting separately managed accounts (SMA's).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with reporting or data tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end operational oversight for the SMA platform across daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual processes.
• Support billing lifecycle, including estimated/final fees and reporting to Finance.
• Coordinate Client Service Agreements (CSAs) and RIA documentation onboarding.
• Assist with new account onboarding across custodians and setup nuances.
• Oversee daily operational workflows and manage investigation of exceptions.
