Job summary

PGIM is seeking an Associate to support day-to-day SMA operations, providing end-to-end oversight across onboarding, billing, custodian coordination, and reporting. The role partners with Finance, Legal, Sales, Trading, and Technology to maintain data integrity and improve processes.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5+ years in SMA operations, strong analytical and Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with a finance/business degree.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in investment operations supporting SMA accounts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with reporting tools is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day SMA operational workflows, including onboarding, maintenance, and funding.
• Provide end-to-end oversight across daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly processes.
• Assist billing lifecycle, including quarterly fees and reporting.
• Coordinate client CSAs and RIAs documentation and onboarding.
• Support new account onboarding across custodians and configurations.
• Oversee daily operational activities and resolve exceptions with stakeholders.
• Produce and distribute trade files, account status reports, and AUM/revenue data.
