Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in investment operations supporting separately managed accounts (SMA).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with reporting or data tools is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day SMA operations, onboarding, maintenance, and funding; provide end-to-end oversight across daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual processes.
• Billing & revenue: support billing lifecycle, prepare and deliver reporting, assist with revenue reconciliation.
• Coordinate and support Client Service Agreements (CSAs) and RIA documentation, including onboarding of RIAs.
• Support new account onboarding across custodians; assist with account setup nuances and custodian configurations.
• Oversee daily operational workflows; monitor service tools and partner with stakeholders to resolve exceptions.
• Produce and distribute daily and periodic reports; validate AUM, flow, and revenue reporting; support data submissions.
• Maintain and enhance controls, templates, and documentation; collaborate with Finance, Legal, Sales, Trading, and Technology.
