Job summary

Guggenheim Investments seeks a self-motivated professional to join its Client Service Support team in New York City. You will coordinate onboarding and ongoing client operational requests across AML/KYC, Legal, and Compliance, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.

The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented mindset to manage multiple streams and work closely with trade operations, portfolio managers, and various departments to scale processes.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required.
• 5+ years of work experience in investment management or financial services.
• Highly proficient use of Microsoft products; especially Excel, Visio, and Word.
• Experience with trading systems and third‑party service provider platforms.
• Experience working across geographies with multiple departments.
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized with daily oversight and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Onboard Guggenheim's separately managed accounts across front, middle, and back offices with rigorous follow-up with AML/KYC, Legal, and Compliance.
• Escalate onboarding issues with third‑party service provider platforms.
• Collaborate with trade operations and portfolio managers on third‑party platforms.
• Coordinate with third‑party providers to share all required operational information for client accounts.
• Liaise with various departments to ensure timely and accurate task completion.
• Serve as operational SME for onboarding and maintenance of Retail SMAs.
• Assist with scalability reviews of processes within Investment Management Group and other departments.
