Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support students across multiple campuses in a district near Mansfield, TX.

This full-time role (37.5 hours per week) offers the chance to work on direct services under SLP supervision within a multi-campus setting. You will track progress, document outcomes, and collaborate with SLPs, teachers, and families to help students achieve their communication goals.

Qualifications

• Texas SLPA licensure is required.
• Fingerprinting and drug screen prior to start date.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized speech-language therapy plans under SLP supervision.
• Track and document student progress in accordance with educational goals.
• Support generalization of communication skills within classroom and school activities.
• Communicate regularly with SLPs, educators, and caregivers.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
