SPG Therapy & Education in Fairfield, CA is seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support school-based speech therapy services under a supervising SLP. The role involves preparing materials, screenings, data documentation, and delivery of services in coordination with the clinical team.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or Bachelor's degree in speech-language pathology (CA SLPA license or eligibility).
• Completion of required field work experience.
• Fingerprint background clearance and TB clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating service delivery schedules.
• Maintain equipment including augmentative communication devices.
• Prepare charts, records, graphs, and data for therapy.
• Prepare materials for therapy activities as planned by supervising SLP.
• Conduct screenings using established protocols under supervision.
• Follow documentation of treatment plans by supervising SLP.
• Deliver speech-language services under supervision of licensed SLP.
• Document client progress toward objectives/goals.
• Pursue professional growth through conferences and coursework.
