Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support students in a school environment. Responsibilities

• Implement speech and language intervention plans under the direction of a supervising Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Work directly with students, individually and in small groups, to facilitate speech, language, and communication skills.
• Assist in the preparation of therapy materials and documentation of student progress.
• Participate in team meetings and support IEP goals through targeted interventions.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with school and federal guidelines.
• Provide regular feedback to supervising SLPs and contribute to program improvements.
