You will implement treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes.

The role requires MN SLPA license (or eligibility), a strong organizational and interpersonal skillset, and a commitment to serving diverse student populations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Current SLPA license or state certification, or eligibility.
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background check required.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech therapy services to students aligned with IEP goals under supervision of an SLP.
• Assist in implementing treatment plans and documenting student progress toward established goals.
• Support the SLP in conducting screenings, data collection, and informal assessments.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to reinforce communication strategies across environments.
• Maintain accurate and compliant therapy notes, service logs, and progress documentation.
• Prepare therapy materials and adapt activities to meet individual student needs.
• Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions as appropriate.
