Job summary

Point Quest, Inc. is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide in-school therapy for K‑12 students in Minneapolis, MN. The role involves assessments, treatment planning, and direct therapy aligned with IEP goals.

Applicants should have a State SLP license, DOJ/FBI Live Scan and TB clearance, and at least one year of experience. The position is full‑time with full benefits, mentorship, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • DOJ/FBI Live Scan background check and TB clearance.
  • Knowledge of evidence‑based practices and school‑based programs.
  • Experience with school‑based caseload management.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct formalized and dynamic assessments to determine eligibility and functioning, including Spanish‑language assessments.
  • Develop and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary team members.
  • Provide direct speech therapy services aligned with IEP goals.
  • Complete and maintain compliant IEPs; participate in reviews.
  • Consult with teachers and families to support generalization of communication skills.
  • Maintain accurate therapy notes, assessment data, and progress documentation.
  • Supervise and support SLPAs, including monitoring supervision hours where applicable.
