Job summary

Thrive Therapy of Kansas is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to join our home health team serving the Wichita area. The SLPA will work under the supervision of a licensed SLP to provide individualized therapy in patients’ homes, addressing communication, cognitive, and swallowing needs.

• Maintain accurate patient documentation in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with the therapy team and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Maintain a professional, compassionate, and patient-centered approach during all visits.

Position Summary

We’re seeking a Full-Time Home Health Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our growing therapy team in the Wichita area. The SLPA will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide individualized therapy services that support patients with communication, speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing needs in the home health setting.

Qualifications

• Home health experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• Dependable, self-motivated, and compassionate
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
