Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners in Browns Valley, MN, is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide patient-centered care at Browns Valley Health Center.

You will evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders; document progress; educate patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety; and collaborate with a therapist-led leadership team that prioritizes clinicians’ voices.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; CCC-SLP required.
• 1 year of experience as an SLP preferred.
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety
