Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to support clinical care at Heritage Hall Dillwyn, Dillwyn, VA. This part‑time daytime role focuses on evaluating and treating speech, language, and swallowing disorders, delivering individualized plans and ongoing progress updates for patients.

Responsibilities include educating patients and families, documenting outcomes, and adapting plans as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP license and ASHA CCC-SLP are required.
• 1 year of experience as an SLP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on outcomes.

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety
