Adoration Health Home Health is seeking a passionate, dedicated Home Health Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Louisville, KY. As a Home Health SLP, you will deliver expert, patient‑centered care in a supportive and fulfilling environment.
Office Location: Louisville, KY
Coverage area: Jefferson, Shelby, Oldham, Henry and Trimble Counties
Schedule: Full‑time

Responsibilities
- Communicate with patients to evaluate their levels of speech or language difficulty, determining the need for continued therapy services
- Teach patients how to make sounds and improve their voices
- Teach alternative communication methods, such as sign language, to patients with little or no speech capability
- Educate and guide healthcare team members, patients, and caregivers in specific aspects of therapeutic exercises to support continued progress outside of direct therapy sessions
- Document appropriate progress and clinical notes noting patient's response to therapy and submit visit documentation per agency policy
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Minimum of one (1) year’s work experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Current, unrestricted license as a Speech Language Pathologist by the state in which you are practicing
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) or CPR certification in accordance with state regulations
