Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing team in Morris, Minnesota. This role emphasizes patient-centered care, collaboration with therapists, and delivering tailored treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

The PRN schedule offers flexibility while maintaining a strong clinical voice in our expanding network of facilities across multiple states. Required CCC-SLP, state license, and a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA CCC-SLP required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required

• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required

• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders

• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes

• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety
