Job summary

At Cortica in Concord, CA, we’re seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver play-based, evidence-driven therapy to children. This role offers growth opportunities with a clear path to full-time via our Clinical Ladder Program and mentorship, within a collaborative, transdisciplinary pediatric care model.

You’ll develop individualized treatment plans, educate families, supervise SLPA support under supervision, and contribute to best outcomes through cross-discipline collaboration.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Active SLP licensure in California is required.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification is preferred or required as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide dynamic, play-based speech and language therapy for pediatric clients.
• Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with a transdisciplinary care model.
• Educate and empower families to carryover strategies into daily life.
• Supervise and mentor SLPAs under supervision and contribute to clinical leadership.

Education

Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Active SLP licensure in CA
