Job summary

Cortica is seeking a Part-time Speech-Language Pathologist in Concord, CA, with opportunities to grow to full-time through our Clinical Ladder Program. You will deliver play-based speech and language therapy to children, develop individualized treatment plans, educate families, and supervise SLPA staff as you advance.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Active SLP licensure in the state(s) where you practice.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification is required or preferred.
• Passion for collaborative, integrative care and neurodivergent populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide dynamic, play-based speech-language therapy to children via an integrated care model.
• Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with a transdisciplinary approach.
• Educate and empower families to extend communication strategies beyond therapy sessions.
• Supervise and mentor SLPA staff to enhance leadership and training.

Education
