Qualifications

• Master’s degree in SLP (required).
• Active SLP licensure in the practicing state(s).
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred (CFs encouraged).
• Passion for collaborative, transdisciplinary care with neurodivergent populations.
• Strong leadership potential and interest in mentorship and growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide dynamic, play-based speech-language therapy integrating sensory, motor, and cognitive strategies.
• Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with a transdisciplinary care model.
• Educate and empower families to transfer communication strategies into daily life.
