Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active SLP licensure in California required.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred.
• Interest in mentorship and leadership within clinical ladder.

Responsibilities

• Provide dynamic, play-based speech and language therapy.
• Develop individualized treatment plans in a transdisciplinary care model.
• Educate and empower families to apply strategies at home.
• Supervise and mentor SLPAs to grow leadership skills.
