Job summary

Douglas ESD in Roseburg, Oregon seeks a Speech Language Pathologist (K-12) to provide assessment, therapy and consultation across the Douglas County schools. The role is 190 days per year, five days a week, starting immediately for the 2026-27 school year.

Salary ranges from $63,333 to $89,195 annually, with benefits including health, dental and vision coverage, paid holidays and sick leave, and a retirement plan through the Oregon Public Employees Retirement System.

Qualifications

• Valid SLP license from the Oregon Board of Examiners for Speech Language Pathology or TSPC license with endorsement for communication disorders.
• Bachelor degree preferred.
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required.

Responsibilities

• Assess students' levels of functioning and therapy needs.
• Provide comprehensive assessment, therapy, and consultation services in communication disorders.
• Participate in IEP/IFSP development and design instructional programs to meet goals.
• Collaborate with team members, parents and staff to implement effective strategies.
