Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for an elementary school setting in Mukilteo, Washington. The role offers a four-day workweek, ASAP start through the 2026–2027 school year, in-person service, and a pay range of $60–$70 per hour.

The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, be licensed in Washington, ESA-certified, and experienced with elementary students.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Active Washington State SLP license is required.
• ESA certification in speech-language pathology is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services to elementary students.
• Conduct evaluations to identify communication needs and goals.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers; participate in IEP meetings.
• Recommend strategies and accommodations to support communication in school settings.
