Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation in Statesville, NC is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver home and community-based rehabilitation. You will treat patients in real-life settings beyond clinics, such as kitchens, stores, restaurants, and workplaces.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
• Valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state(s) of practice.
• Current CPR Certification in accordance with state regulations.
• At least one year of work experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injury preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients with speech, language, cognitive and swallowing disorders.
• Regularly reassess effectiveness of treatment plans and participate in staffing meetings and family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations and resources.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to improve patient outcomes.
