Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services’ Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation unit seeks an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver functional rehabilitation across home and community settings in Charlotte, NC.

You will evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive and swallowing disorders, adjust plans based on progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Flexible schedule, paid hourly, travel reimbursement, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid State License as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the practicing state(s).
• Current CPR Certification per state requirements.
• At least 1 year of work experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients with speech, language, cognitive and swallowing disorders.
• Regularly reassess progress and participate in staffing meetings and family conferences.
• Conduct discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations and resources.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physicians and families.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to optimize patient outcomes.
