Position: Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Pay Range: $40-$53/hour (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: $4,000

Evaluate residents' speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing function
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide direct therapy services per physician orders
Maintain accurate documentation (evaluations, progress notes, outcomes)
Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams
Educate residents, families, and staff
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and facility standards
SLPs licensed in NY or MA are encouraged to apply (licensure support available)
CCC-SLP preferred
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (not required)
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
