Provide quality speech and dysphagia evaluations and treatments for patients with communication and/or swallowing deficits.
Participate in departmental operations as assigned by the Clinical Director.
Maintain documentation and supervise programs related to communication disorders.

Responsibilities

Screen, assess, diagnose, and rehabilitate speech and language disorders across ages.
Address oropharyngeal function (dysphagia) and related disorders.
Develop augmentative and alternative communication strategies and train staff in their use.
Assist in record keeping and department charging processes.
Discharge planning and progress note documentation.
