Job summary

Anchor Post Acute seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. You will develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and families to ensure exceptional, resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required; advanced degrees preferred.
• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in state; CCC-SLP preferred for applicants.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive and swallowing disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to maximize independence and quality of life.
• Assess and treat swallowing disorders to help residents eat and drink safely.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and families for resident-centered care.
• Maintain timely, compliant documentation per regulatory standards.
