Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements a plan of care, including discharge planning.
• Acts as patient advocate and delivers care safely and timely.
• Demonstrates clinical reasoning during assessments and therapy.
• Identifies normal vs. deviating courses of illness for patient populations.
• Provides clinical leadership and mentoring to staff.
